It closes an important gap in existing support for companies in the growth or succession phase. Up to \u20ac50 million is available for the program in total. NBank implements the federal program in Lower Saxony.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The funding is aimed at the companies described above in Lower Saxony with innovative business models, for example in technology, ecology, digitalization or social fields, that seek additional ways to strengthen their financing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Companies cannot, however, apply directly to NBank for the funding. Instead, suitable funders accredited by NBank first receive the funds. These institutions, which may include private investors, then pass the funds to eligible companies through various financing forms, such as silent or direct equity investments. The advantage for investors: funding provided for investments, which can amount to up to 70% of the total financing volume, comes with a so-called liability exemption. This instrument substantially reduces the investor&#8217;s risk. Accordingly, RegioInnoGrowth Niedersachsen makes it easier for investors to back promising innovative companies. Young companies and medium-sized businesses benefit from easier access to capital. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Interested companies, startups and financing intermediaries can find information <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbank.de\/F%C3%B6rderprogramme\/Aktuelle-F%C3%B6rderprogramme\/InnoGrowth-Niedersachsen.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> about the InnoGrowth Niedersachsen program. On the same page, interested investors can find a form in the downloads section to apply for accreditation as financing intermediaries for RegioInnoGrowth Niedersachsen.
