Self-care for self-employed people – Part II
03. and 10.11., 15:30 to 19:30
Take responsibility for yourself too! You are the driving force behind your business!
As a self-employed person, you have particular responsibility for your health and well-being: you decide when you have worked enough, how you take breaks and where your personal boundaries lie.
In this workshop, you will learn to recognize your own needs more consciously and take responsibility for your self-care. Topics include restorative breaks, dealing with pressure and deliberately building up balance and support.
The aim is to prevent overload so that you remain capable, creative and able to act in the long term.
The workshop consists of two modules, allowing participants to try out the ideas in everyday life and integrate them sustainably into their personal working practices.
This two-day workshop takes place on 03. and 10. November, each from 15:30 to 19:30. Registration covers both dates!
The event will be held in Room 0102.
For the following groups, our events are free of charge:
- Private individuals interested in starting a business
- Founders and their employees (up to 5 years after founding)
- Students, doctoral candidates or employees of TU Clausthal
- Employees of a company (attending privately)
A fee is payable for employees of companies that use this event as a professional development measure. Following participation in this event, 295 Euro net for both days in total will be invoiced. Registration constitutes acceptance of the fee schedule.
Lena Katharina Haspel is a specialist in stress management, a coach and an adult educator, and holds a degree in cultural and social anthropology.
