Support for innovation in the Goslar and Wolfenbüttel districts
Goslar-Wolfenbüttel Startup Incubator
Individuals from the Goslar and Wolfenbüttel districts with innovative business ideas, spin-offs from TU Clausthal and Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, and innovators or innovation teams from existing companies in the region receive focused support to develop their projects.
Selected projects receive active, intensive guidance through a training, coaching and mentoring program lasting several months. The result is viable business models and accompanying business plans that enable the successful implementation of innovative and startup ideas.
Places in the almost six-month batches are awarded twice a year. The first batch begins in April 2027 at the Clausthal-Zellerfeld Startup Center, directly on the TU Clausthal campus. The second batch starts in autumn 2027 near Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences in Wolfenbüttel.

Goslar-Wolfenbüttel Startup Incubator project
Initially limited to three years, the Startup Incubator launches in autumn 2026, with its first batch beginning in April 2027. The aim is to support around 32 startup and innovation teams by 2030 and successfully set new businesses in motion. This joint offering from the Wolfenbüttel District Economic Development Agency and WiReGo fills an important gap in existing startup support between Braunschweig and Göttingen.
