Making good decisions – clarity in self-employment
In self-employment and everyday working life, we face decisions every day that often have to be made alone or in a small team – from operational questions to strategic choices such as focusing on target groups, optimizing processes or marketing.
In this workshop, you will learn a practical decision-making tool that provides clarity particularly in complex situations or apparent dilemmas. The aim is to make decisions with greater confidence and develop concrete next steps for putting them into practice.
After a brief introduction, you will apply the method directly to your own case studies. This helps transfer it into everyday working life and strengthens strategic work over the long term.
The event will be held in Room 0103.
For the following groups, our events are free of charge:
- Private individuals interested in starting a business
- Founders and their employees (up to 5 years after founding)
- Students, doctoral candidates or employees of TU Clausthal
- Employees of a company (attending privately)
A fee is payable for employees of companies that use this event as a professional development measure. Following participation in this event, 74 Euro net will be invoiced. Registration constitutes acceptance of the fee schedule.
Lena Katharina Haspel is a specialist in stress management, a coach and an adult educator, and holds a degree in cultural and social anthropology.
