In the two-day workshop “Creating visions and acting according to values”, you and coach Florian Gommlich will develop the essential elements of effective leadership: a clear vision, a mission put into practice and a thoughtful, values-based understanding of leadership.
- You will formulate a vision that provides direction – internally and externally
- You will clarify your mission – the purpose you pursue with your department or business
- You will reflect on your personal and organizational values
- You will find fresh inspiration for your leadership role and team culture
This two-day seminar takes place on 03. and 04.12., each day from 9:00 to 18:00. Your registration covers both dates.
Participation fees:
For the following groups, our events are free of charge:

- Private individuals interested in starting a business
- Founders and their employees (up to 5 years after founding)
- Students, doctoral candidates or employees of TU Clausthal
- Employees of a company (attending privately)
A fee is payable for employees of a company that uses this event as a professional development measure. Following participation in this event, 590 Euro net for both days in total will be invoiced. Registration constitutes acceptance of the fee schedule.
Florian Gommlich is a management coach and trainer at the Deutsche Coaching Akademie Hildesheim. In his work as a management coach, he is a sparring partner for people in leadership roles and, as an attentive conversation partner, helps them reflect, find their personal direction and put it into practice in everyday life.
