LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®: A Different Kind of Networking

How do you build a network that is not just pleasant, but genuinely helpful?

How do you build a network that is not just pleasant, but genuinely helpful? In this interactive workshop, founders and business owners will get to know one another in an unusual, playful way. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® provides a setting that encourages exchange, opens up new perspectives and makes collaboration on equal terms possible—without conventional introductions or simply swapping business cards.

The focus is on ideas from the group, thinking together and discovering ideas that often do not emerge in ordinary conversation. The method is not explained theoretically; instead, you will experience it directly—in a light, active way and firmly grounded in a business context.

What you can take away:

  • new contacts with more substance than small talk
  • fresh ideas for your next steps (whether before or after starting your business)
  • a better sense of the perspectives and strengths different people in the room bring
  • Purposeful groupings spark unexpected insights, honest exchange and new approaches beyond your own “bubble.”
    Who is it for?

For people with business ideas, those in the startup phase or anyone who wants to move their company forward—anyone interested in exchanging ideas, gaining new perspectives and working interactively.
