Long-Term Energy and Inner Drive as Success Factors – Part I

Act sustainably and effectively—as an entrepreneur or intrapreneur

15 and 16 September, 4 pm to 8 pm

If you want to take responsibility for your ideas, your team, and yourself, and achieve sustainable success, this workshop is just right for you.
Committed founders, businesses, leaders, and people who want to make a difference constantly navigate the tensions between innovation, responsibility, decision-making pressure, and change. High demands, rapid change, and uncertainty are part of everyday life. What often gets overlooked is the question: Where do I draw long-term energy and inner drive from—beyond performance pressure and short-term motivation?

This workshop offers a structured, reflective space to answer that very question.

What is this workshop about? The focus is not on the next strategies or methods, but on the inner foundations of effective action:

  • consciously use personal resources
  • develop positive, sustainable inner energy
  • recognize and protect your own inner source of drive
  • align motives and goals coherently
  • gain clarity without accelerating further

The workshop combines reflection, exchange, and practical application—calm, focused, and grounded in practice.

What to expect:

  • clarity about your personal sources of energy and energy drains
  • a deeper understanding of your inner source of drive (intrinsic motivation)
  • tools to sustain and maintain energy and drive in a demanding everyday life
  • clearly formulated, energizing goals that truly suit you
  • concrete next steps for everyday life as an entrepreneur or intrapreneur

Who is this workshop for? It is aimed at:

  • entrepreneurs, founders, and business owners
  • intrapreneurs, innovation leads, and managers
  • people who shape, initiate, and take responsibility
  • people who want to make a sustainable impact without burning out

This two-day seminar takes place on 15 and 16 September, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm each day. Your registration covers both dates.
