Time and Task Management

Learn how to structure your workday efficiently and manage tasks successfully.

These days, tools, notifications, emails, social media and other things constantly distract us from the work that really matters. In today’s “society of distraction,” chaos has become the norm. It is almost impossible to focus on what truly matters or know whether we are doing the right work at the right time. A multitude of high-priority tasks, “urgent” messages and endless notifications make our plans for the day disappear. Despite feeling heavily burdened by work, we feel ineffective, miss important messages and deadlines.

Instead of letting our to-do lists dictate how we spend our time, the right time-management strategies can help us consciously set priorities every day, schedule the time needed for them and focus on what matters most at work. This increases our effectiveness and efficiency, leading not only to good work results but also to greater satisfaction.

There are various approaches to good time management. This workshop presents fundamental strategies and methods, along with tips to help us regain control of our tasks—and our time.
