Second ‘Startup Preschool Clausthal’ from 26 to 28 June

The second ‘Startup Preschool’ by TU Clausthal and the joint startup service begins in June at the Clausthal-Zellerfeld Startup Centre.

The second ‘Startup Preschool’ by TU Clausthal and the joint startup service begins in June at the Clausthal-Zellerfeld Startup Centre. The aim is to expand the startup scene by including international founders and to connect them and their business models with the local economy. Since 2021, the German-Norwegian company Startup Migrants has trained more than 1,100 people across Europe through its proven ‘Sartup Preschool’ concept; participants have gone on to found more than 80 companies.

The three-day workshop is open to TU Clausthal students of all nationalities. Among other things, it explores the benefits that diversity brings to companies and economic growth. A local founder will talk about his company and motivate participants. Throughout the weekend, participants will develop their business ideas and receive valuable advice on discussing them with local companies. Key elements also include the administrative requirements for founding a company in Germany and pitch training.

At the end of the Preschool, the newly formed teams will pitch their ideas, receive useful tips on successful networking and be awarded a certificate of participation.
